VIP Surgery Center Fees

About your VIP facility fee

  • Your VIP facility fee will be calculated by your surgeon's office. 
  • Pre-payment of all fees is required 3 weeks prior to your procedure.
  • Facility fees are based on the time estimated for your procedure. 
  • If the procedure takes longer than 15 minutes more than scheduled, you may be billed for the additional time utilized. 

We accept:

  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express 
  • Personal Check, Cashier's Check - Payable to VIP Surgery Center
  • Cash


Financing Options:

  • Care Credit: 
    • 6 months (0% interest)

  • Cherry
    • 3/6 months (0% interest)

Anesthesia Fees

Fees for anesthesia will be calculated by your surgeon's office

  • Anesthesia fees are  based on the time estimated for your procedure. 
  • If the procedure takes longer than 15 minutes more than scheduled, you may be billed for the additional time utilized. 

Anesthesia fees are payable in advance to Commonwealth Anesthesia PSC

  • Payment should be made to Commonwealth Anesthesia PSC in advance of your procedure. 
  • Payment may be made by Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
